My Rockaholic Dry Shampoo by Tigi feels like it's empty? is that how it's supposed to feel?

I've recently recieved Dry Shampoo from Tigi and the whole can brarely weighs an ounce.

Yeah, that's normal. I had some dry shampoo from Boots and it was really light. If it feels cold after you shake it, there's stuff in there.
