Are these concentrated so that I don't need to use as much as I would from say my old brand of Redken?TIGI S Factor Shampoo and Conditioner question?
It's concentrated about the same amount as Redken. With either you don't have to use very much. Just mix it with water in your hair and build up a good lather. If it doesn't foam, it's ok. It's still working. Just make sure you scrub it good and get everywhere.
